Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Co-op Academy Swinton. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the building's condition and ensuring it remains a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily site operations and manage contractors and maintenance
- Work with the Finance Manager to seek guidance and control of purchasing and servicing arrangements
- Oversee key contracts such as cleaning, grounds maintenance, and catering
- Ensure security of the premises and compliance with health and safety legislation
- Plan for ongoing development of our academy's facilities
- A minimum of 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
