Job Title: Digital Marketing and Website Co-ordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Website Co-ordinator to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our customer engagement strategy for Dental Insurance, Cash Plan and Well+ products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns to support customer communication journeys across acquisition and in-life comms.
- Lead on the creation and delivery of engaging customer content across multiple channels, including email, media partnerships, LinkedIn, and website.
- Support the development of email marketing, creating and optimising the programme of email communications to improve engagement levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across sales, product, proposition, and service, as well as the wider UK marketing team.
- Manage and deliver briefs to agencies and studio teams, ensuring all communications are on-brand and of high quality.
- Contribute to the delivery of sales support campaign activities to support initiatives such as quoting, onboarding, and in-life communications.
- Ensure all communications are compliant and follow financial promotions standards, including the on-going maintenance and management of all assets via a content management system.
Requirements:
- Marketing experience, preferably B2B.
- Strong project management and commercial acumen.
- Strong analytics skills, with the ability to analyse data to measure campaign success.
- Creativity and innovative thinking to develop fresh ideas for campaigns and strategies for success.
- Digital marketing experience, with a strong understanding of core digital marketing disciplines across email, content, and social.
