In this role, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our People Operations run smoothly, from onboarding new team members to managing payroll and benefits to being the first point of escalation for queries thorugh to offboarding. You’ll work closely with the wider People Team to deliver world-class employee experience and contribute to continuous improvements in our processes.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage and continuously improve the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new starters and leavers. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to finalise all contractual paperwork.
  • Service Delivery & HR Query Management: Assist in creating a sustainable service delivery model, handle escalated HR queries, and continuously improve our knowledge base using analytics.  
  • Compliance & Data Governance: Develop and manage our people data governance framework, ensuring GDPR compliance and the integrity of all HR data. Lead the contribution to the year-end audit and compliance reporting.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll and benefits administration, including the management of cycle-to-work schemes, season ticket loans, and private medical insurance. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and assist in the annual pay review and bonus process.
  • Systems & Process Management: Work closely with the Systems & Data Coordinator to maintain the HRIS system's integrity and provide user training. Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.  
About You
You’re a detail-oriented HR professional with a strong foundation in payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. You have a knack for improving processes and a passion for delivering world-class service to both employees and the organization.  

We are looking for a candidate with experience in HR operations, who has a solid background in payroll, benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR databases and HRIS systems, demonstrating a strong commitment to data integrity and confidentiality. Your ability to communicate effectively allows you to handle complex queries with ease, and your organisational and time management skills ensure you can prioritize tasks efficiently. You will need to be strongly proficient in MS Excel and other applications and approach challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
