Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR operations, ensuring that we attract, develop and retain top talent to support our business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering our HR strategy, driving cultural change and overseeing all HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  2. Lead HR operations, including service mobilisation, TUPE transfers and policy development
  3. Drive cultural change initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
  4. Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
