Purpose of the Role

Based in Central London, this exciting new Property & Facilities Reception Manager opportunity has arisen to join us creating great places to work. This front of house role requires you to provide high quality reception, visitor management and concierge services.

This is a part time role – 20 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9am-1.30pm with half hour break.

What you will do

This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your Line Manager, the Property & Facilities Area Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following and more:

Provide a best-in-class service to all stakeholders, visitors and colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience. Develop and maintain positive relationships with site stakeholders, the wider Property & Facilities team and contractors/ service partners. Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming telephone, email and Microsoft teams messages, ensuring any requests are acted on and followed through to completion in a timely manner.
