Complaints Resolution Team Leader
Temporary role
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
£23.08per hour
The focus of this role is to lead a team that manage stage two complaints to ensure they meet targets, achieve compliance according to policies and to overall provide our customers with a good complaints service.
The role will work closely with their team to lead and support their needs to achieving the team and department goals. Providing training and day to day advice, monitoring productivity and quality from the team while focusing on their staff development needs and requirements.
This role will be hybrid working - minimum of 2 days working from your preferred office at Westminster Bridge Road, Ealing or Pitsea
