What is the job?

As one of the largest generator specialists, our mission is to explore new opportunities where reliable power is critical and continue to grow sustainably in current markets.

You will provide administration support to the Milton Keynes Depot, supporting the team in various rental hire duties and providing efficient customer service.

What will you be doing in this role?

Answer incoming telephone calls. Using the InspHire database to produce documentation i.e. Delivery Notes, Collection Notes and suchlike on a daily basis. Produce job sheets as required for Engineers etc. Raise purchase orders as required. Provide administration support to office and yard staff as required. Assist with keeping InspHire and Goldmine CRM systems update as and when required. Carry out duties that are fair and reasonable to ensure the smooth running of the depot and help to ensure we remain compliant for audits. Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy, including carrying out general housekeeping to ensure work areas are kept tidy. Comply with all aspects of the company ISO 9001:2015 procedures, proactively contributing to the company’s continuous improvement programme.

Skills and requirements

Good organisational and communication skills Ability to establish good working relationships with depot staff and colleagues in the company Must be numerate Good IT skills required; MS Office Applications (experience in InspHire, Access Focal point and Goldmine or other CRM systems is desirable) A flexible and proactive approach is essential Customer focus and commercial awareness needed
