Depot Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Depot Administration Assistant to join our team at Power Electrics. As a key member of our Milton Keynes Depot, you will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our rental hire duties and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilize the InspHire database to produce documentation, including delivery notes, collection notes, and other relevant documents.
- Produce job sheets as required for engineers and other team members.
- Raise purchase orders as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to office and yard staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist with maintaining the accuracy and up-to-date status of InspHire and Goldmine CRM systems.
- Perform tasks that promote the efficient operation of the depot and contribute to our commitment to compliance and audits.
- Adhere to the Company Health & Safety Policy, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Contribute to the company's continuous improvement program by actively participating in ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with depot staff and colleagues.
- Basic numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, with experience in InspHire, Access Focal point, and Goldmine or other CRM systems a plus.
- A flexible and proactive approach to work.
- Customer focus and commercial awareness.
