JobSummary:

The candidatewill work within the Street Homelessness Accommodation Team andwill provide housing support services across three distinctsupported housing projects Housing First Dispersed selfcontainedflats and SharedAccommodation.

KeyDuties/Accountabilities:

Deliverproactive support to applicants with multiple and complex supportneeds to help them access and maintainaccommodation.

Manage acaseload and ensure all aspects of support work is carried out inaccordance with legislation safeguarding policies andprocedures.

Willcollaborate with internal and external partners to improve outcomesfor applicants with multiple and complexsupport.

Ensure allservice users documentation is relevant and update and that data isaccurately entered into the various ITsystems.

Contribute toefficient service delivery as an individual and as part of a teamin accordance with local policies procedures and legislation(including shift work whererequired).

EssentialExperienceRequired:

The idealcandidate will be ambitious proactive collaborative highlymotivated and ready for a newchallenge.

You must alsohave strong communication and creative problemsolving skillstogether with the drive and passion to help vulnerable people tolive independent and fulfillinglives.

You must alsobe willing to work outside of office hours on occasion be able towork independently and have good knowledge of welfare housing andhomelessnesspractice.

Additionalinformation tonote:

"Thisis a fulltime role of 35 hours a week. Monday to Friday. Betweenthe hours of 9am and 5pm." A mixture ofoffice/community/homebased.
