WHAT TO EXPECT

The JLR Programme management team is at the forefront of orchestrating and overseeing a variety of workstreams and propositions that form critical components of JLR’s strategic objectives. The Programme Management Office is accountable for providing central expertise, support, and control across the Jaguar programme.

JLR is set to reinvent itself with a new strategy and not just a change in product but a whole new brand world. Working within the commercial team and the Jaguar client experience, the Programme Management Office is accountable for providing central expertise, support, and control across this exciting JLR programme. The commercial aspects and the JLR client experience is being re-imagined as part of our repositioning of the brand.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Provide central expertise, support, and control to the JLR commercial programme Develop programme management best practices and templates and provide support to workstream teams Monitor dependencies across multiple inter-related projects Support delivery and timing plans to identify priorities and potential bottlenecks Report on multiple proposition statuses to stakeholders on progress, issues, resolution management and outcomes

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (, Agile, Waterfall, RAID), and best practices in governance Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering An exceptional communicator with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across complex organisational structure Ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks and with an attention to detail ensuring accuracy and delivery to deadlines.
