Our client is a global organisation with a vision to create a clean and energy-efficient future by delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions for the automotive market who are looking for a Talent Specialist – Learning and Development to join them on a contract basis.

This is an exciting Talent Specialist opportunity to make a real difference in the company’s Global Talent & Development team. Driven by values, the company mission is to ensure that they connect with and grow all talent to accelerate the success of the organization and make all employees experience the best it can be.

This role will have key responsibilities in learning and development but experience across the talent sector would be ideal.

Key roles and responsibilities for the Talent Specialist

Support with implementing a Learning & Development (L&D) strategy & framework across the organization
Assist in building Career pathways, Learning journeys and solutions for all parts of the organization
Support with collating and driving KPIs, metrics and dashboards – ensuring we get value out of our L& D
Ensure we get the most out of Workday to support the development of our employees
Support Talent reviews through deploying the framework and information needed to create the right conversations
Create, deploy, and manage the communications strategy for how we cascade our key messages, opportunities, and tools to all levels of the company
Partner with the broader HR team on key programs that require input from or may influence talent management practices
Support the Employee Engagement survey and global performance management & development process, acting as a Centre of Excellence for the organization
Responsible for special projects as required, such as Culture & Coaching programme
What we’re looking for in the ideal Talent Specialist:

8+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Talent Specialist or related field
Experience in deploying or managing Learning & Development
Experience in Workday is preferred
Demonstrated understanding of global talent acquisition, and talent management practices and programs
Ability to meet deadlines and take initiative in the development and completion of projects
Highly organized with proven ability to manage competing priorities and multitask
Team player and strong communicator
Global mindset with the ability to create relationships across the company
