- We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing innovative approaches to talent acquisition and management. This includes the development and implementation of socially inclusive approaches to talent acquisition, succession planning, promotion, progression, retention and leavers, all of which enhance the employee experience and the University of Warwick employer proposition.
- Your key responsibilities will be:
**Talent Acquisition**
- Enhance our talent acquisition strategies, encompassing attraction, selection, and appointment processes, to broaden our reach and attract talent.
- Collaborate on activities to develop the university's employer proposition, making us an employer of choice.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring efficient collaboration and successful outcomes.
- Report on diversity and inclusion statistics to drive initiatives that promote balance and equality.

**Talent Management**
- Develop workforce planning tools and strategies to support the university in achieving its objectives.
- Collaborate with the Academic Processes team, ensuring alignment with established processes for academic staff.
- Support the implementation of a new process for capturing and analyzing leaver information/data.
- Conduct analysis to identify staff retention issues, trends, and insights, recommending mechanisms for improvement. Your analysis will contribute to our Reward and Recognition strategy and diversity and inclusion plans.

**Project Management and Process Improvement**
- Lead projects focused on change and improvement across talent management and talent acquisition. Your expertise in relationship management and communication will be essential.
- Map, analyse, and remodel processes across talent management and talent acquisition, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

We are seeking someone with experience of project delivery with a skill in wide thinking in the talent acquisition space. You should have skills in delivering change, building relationships and gathering information in a complex environment
