Working within our customer service office, our Customer Service agents play a fundamental role in the business, being the first port of call to our existing customers. Your day-to-day role would include:
Working in the customer service office as part of the customer service team Receiving inbound calls and making outbound to existing customers Building rapport with customers Liaising with key stakeholders and suppliers Booking engineer appointments
