We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is 5 weeks to begin with and depending on performance there is the opportunity to go permanent.

This is a great opportunity as this role is working on behalf of an outsourcer with teams based in 100 countries.

The hourly rate is £11.44 per hour and the start date is the 18th of September.

Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Salary: £11.44 per hour
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 8pm (rotating shift patterns)
  • Contract Type: Temporary (opportunity to go permanent)
  • Location: Fully remote (UK based)

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Working on behalf of the COVID-19 telephone line
  • Calling vulnerable people who are eligible for their booster jab
  • Booking in booster jabs for those vulnerable people
  • Providing excellent customer service

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Good communication skills is required
  • A desire to help people is advantageous
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous
  • The ability to speak to a variety of people and adapt your language when necessary is essential
  • Good listening skills is required
