Credit Controller Manager

What you will do:
• Lead a team of Credit Controllers, ensuring they are demonstrating amazing behaviours and reaching team goals to support the overall team function
• Analyse stats to identify strength and gaps in ledger and team performance and present your findings to the Head of Operations
• Hold regular 121’s, conduct reviews with your team, and ensure development plans are in place for your team members
• Confidently liaise with internal stakeholders to support service delivery and risk management
• Continuously seek to enhance the customer experience through process reviews and colleague training and upskilling
• Look for efficiencies through process changes by identifying needs, planning, training, and delivery
• Assist in research for new technology which can help revolutionise methods of efficiency in all areas

What you will need:
• Previous leadership and Credit Control experience
• Strong understanding of Invoice Finance with specific Invoice Finance experience preferred
• Ability to drive change at both a tactical and strategic level
• Understanding of how to solve operational issues, who to contact and when to escalate
• Be a confident communicator at all levels with the ability to grow and develop stakeholder relationships
• Have amazing customer service skills are a must as you will be interacting with our customers
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively drive performance and proactively improve colleague ESAT scores
• Have keen eye for detail with a proven ability to recognise trends and solve problems
