We are currently seeking a Management Support Officer to join our team on a 12 month FTC. As a Management Support Officer, you will provide administrative and project support to the management team. You will be responsible for coordinating and organizing meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities of the Management Support Officer:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including coordinating and organizing meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records
  • Assist with project management tasks, such as monitoring project timelines and preparing progress reports
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate delegation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and support decision-making processes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams)
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
