Job Summary:
We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to supplement our full-time staff team. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting choice and independence, and supporting people to achieve their personal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users in accessing social and leisure activities
- Provide respectful personal care and support to individuals with cooking, cleaning, housework, and other life skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to promoting independence for people with learning disabilities, delivering personalized support
- Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks
Requirements:
- Experience is essential for our relief positions
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, mornings, and weekends
What We Offer:
