Care and Support Assistant

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to provide person-centred care and support to tenants, assisting and developing everyday living skills and enjoying a wide range of activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superb communication skills, work within positive behaviour support guidelines, and encourage tenants to live socially inclusive lives.
Twelve months experience is essential for this role. The position offers the opportunity to work across other services and with individuals who have a range of support needs. We require warm, motivated, and person-centred individuals with a keen interest in providing personalised support to meet individual care plans.
This is a Relief Support Worker position, which enables you to pick up shifts at a time that suits you. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
