About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ferncliffe House in Halifax. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, cooking, and cleaning when required
  • Teach new life skills and encourage individuals to access their local communities
  • Support individuals with autism and learning disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to provide high-quality care and support
