What the role Involves:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist managers with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Receive training in the warehouse to support operations and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks including document creation, data entry, and reporting.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing customer concerns and providing solutions promptly.
Ideal Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments.
- Experience with SAGE or similar accounting software is desirable but not essential.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
