SeniorPeople Partner

Reporting to ourChief People Office you willbe a trusted partner working closelywith management and employees providing handson and strategic inputinsight and advice on all peoplerelated matters. Working across theorganisation youll be able toidentify gaps and problems quicklycome up withsolutions and implement theseacross theorganisation.

You willneed to bestrategicoperational and tactical as well as influence effectively acrossall levels of the company building and maintaining excellentworking relationships and being able toexpertly navigate ambiguityrecognising when it is appropriate to introduce more structure andprocess without introducing unnecessarybureaucracy.

  • Becoming a trustedpartner to managers and key business leaders. Recognized for theirPeople knowledge and insights.
  • Responsible forand drive improvements to the endtoend employee lifecycle andemployee experience. This covers talent management employeerelations coaching/development compliance compensation and benefitsculture and organizational design anddevelopment.
  • Ability to develop a deepunderstanding of key drivers of engagement and be able to taketargeted action to enhance the employeeexperience.
  • Experienced working across alllevels; strategic operational and tactical as well as the abilityto influence effectively across all levels of thecompany.

  • Very strong ability to usequantitative data and metrics to drive decision making that willimpact business success.
