People Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Business Partner to join one of the UK’s largest NHS Trusts on an interim basis. Bristol based.
As Interim People Business Partner you will be responsible for leading the HR workstream that contributes to a significant cross divisional change project.
You will work as a key member of the programme management team and deliver to the assigned project milestones that have been set and agreed, reporting progress, and providing assurances to the programme board periodically.
This role will fully utilise your HR project management experience and will require you to work collaboratively with leaders from within the division and the wider Trust. Providing expert Human Resources leadership, you will be engaging with a variety of stakeholders to effectively transform a service to deliver significant cost savings and to enable the delivery of exceptional clinical services.
In this vital role you will lead on the people change activity of the project.
**To include**:
- Project design and planning of HR workstream deliverables, through to execution, monitoring outputs to ensure effective delivery
- Attend and take part in planning meetings and providing assurance when risks arise through logical mitigation
- Understand and review metrics to show the impact of the program and track progress
- Manage resources in an efficient and effective way.
You will provide senior HR project support to a variety of speciality areas in scope within the Clinical Divisions.

As a key member of the senior management team within the division, identify and deliver the people strategy in line with divisional business plans and objectives as well as wider Trust strategy.
Agree people priorities to support the division, in line with agreed Trust values and behaviours.
Develop, lead, and deliver focused people interventions to support the division’s strategic and operational plans, utilising support available through the People and Transformation Division.
Deliver high quality advice to managers and staff and contribute to the continued improvement and development of the People and Transformation service.
Take a lead role in supporting the delivery of people elements of this transformation project that drives improvement to organisational efficiency.
Ensure the provision of intelligent, timely and relevant people advice and support, to develop and deliver solutions.
