Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Selbständige, professionelle Betreuung und Beratung des bestehenden Kundenstamms Erster Touchpoint für potenzielle Neukundenanfragen Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen inklusive der Durchführung von Kalkulationen, Angebotserstellung und abschließendem Vertragsmanagement Optimierung der Vertriebsunterlagen (Angebotsvorlagen/Präsentationen/Werbeaktionen) in Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketingabteilung Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsstrategien Optimierung des Sales Reportings inklusive weiterführender Analysen Analysieren des Marktes, um strategische Entwicklungs- und Wachstumsperspektiven zu erschließen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Vertriebsmanagement oder vergleichbarer Ausbildung Erste Erfahrungen im erfolgreichen Vertrieb von Healthcare-Logistikdienstleistungen wünschenswert Gutes Verständnis für operative Logistikprozesse in Logistikzentren Fließendes Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität Selbständige zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Dienstleistungsmentalität und Eigenmotivation, Flexibilität, Engagement Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Produkten Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20% je nach Dienstsitz
