As a business development executive you will:

- Work with management to implement a business development strategy for the UK
- Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with new and existing clients

**Description**
- Work with the team to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth
- Participate in meetings to report business prospect and status updates to management
- Educate and advise customers, positively reinforcing benefits of music to their business, while ensuring that they understand and are adhering to the contractual licensing terms and conditions
- Demonstrate a positive image of the company, through developing and maintaining effective professional relationships with customers
- Write up appropriate proposals, brochures and any other business information, required to draw in more revenue from clients
- Travel to customer sites and trade shows to promote the company's products and services
- Attend client conferences and meetings in order to network with new and existing contacts

**Profile**

You, a successful business development executive will:

- Have excellent communication skills
- Target driven and self-motivated
- Intuitive and insightful
- Highly motivated and goal oriented
- Great networking skills
- Works well under pressure
- Minimum of 1-2 year's experience in a similar role
- Previous experience of driving sales growth within defined regions or business sectors
- Experience of developing and maintaining external relationships
- Public speaking and presenting to senior executives and ability to develop dynamic ways to introduce new sales streams to improve revenue generation.
