Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and nurture our most valuable client relationships.

Key Accountabilities

  • To be the main point of contact for designated clients 
  • Prepare and oversee the delivery plan for all key accounts assigned 
  • To ensure all work is delivered and completed in accordance with technical and commercial requirements 
  • Assist in business development
  • Provide all manner of support to clients as and when required 
  • Liaising with internal and external teams 

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified or substantial account experience

Experience required

  • Previous experience in project management - ideally in a consulting/auditing environment
  • Proficient in computer software 
  • Customer service and negotiation
