Management Accountant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Management Accountant to join our team at Hart Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for assisting with payroll, pension, and P11D administration, as well as carrying out weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in day-to-day accounting and month-end processes, with a good understanding of SAP. You will be a team player who is driven, intelligent, and able to achieve what needs to be done.

Benefits of this role include hybrid working, 33 days holiday, medical cover, life insurance, free car parking, pension, and bonus. Salary is up to £35,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with payroll, pension, and P11D administration
  • Carrying out weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with bi-monthly cash forecasts
  • Supporting month-end close and reporting, including cost analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Managing the Time and Attendance System
  • Supporting external audits

Requirements:

  • Past exposure to SAP
  • Strong experience in day-to-day accounting and month-end processes
