Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

  3. Customer Satisfaction: Control customer return volumes in line with SLAs, guaranteeing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  4. Reporting and Compliance: Create, analyze, and disseminate clear operational reports, ensuring compliance with all operational processes and procedures.
  5. Talent Development: Support account management, build strong customer relationships, and manage peers to create a passionate, successful team through performance management and proactive communication.
  6. Peak Period Management: Review and manage operational requirements during peak periods to minimize disruption and ensure seamless service delivery.
  7. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations through risk assessments, accident reporting, relevant training, and proper record-keeping.
Requirements
  1. Achieving Key Customer SLAs: Ability to meet and exceed key customer contractual Service Level Agreements.
  2. Fleet Vehicle Management: Experience managing fleet vehicle movements and optimizing logistics operations.
  3. Warehouse Operations: Proven success in managing warehouse operations, including staff supervision and inventory control.
  4. Budget Target Exceedance: Track record of exceeding budget targets and driving revenue growth.
  5. Team Leadership: Previous experience in successful team management through mentoring and development, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
