We're looking for Resource & Scheduling Controllers to join our Anglian Water team based in Lincoln

 

Location: Lincoln 

Contract: 6-month fixed term contract  

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Resource & Scheduling Controller, you'll be responsible for planning and scheduling reinstatement teams to meet key business performance targets and ensure excellent customer service.

 

Your day to day will include:

  • Using our planning system, Oracle to maximise work schedules for the teams so that works are completed within Highway Authority imposed timeframes, as well as ensuring KPI meausres are met
  • Coordinating, monitoring and responding (where appropriate) to customer generated enquiries in line with CMEX guidelines
  • Communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders such as field teams, field performance managers, subcontractors and other planning teams within the business
  • Administrative tasks including mailbox management reporting and keeping job notes up to date in SAP

  • Experience within a similar role with an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a reactive environment, where change is the norm, demonstrating a highly flexible, constructive attitude with good prioritising and decision making skills
  • Able to show initiative, working on your own or as part of a team with excellent IT, analytical, communication and customer service skills
