Description
We are looking for a pro-active and enthusiastic sales individual to work within our wider sales team. Working as part of a team of the driver sales specialists, you will support the business with its growth and talent management strategy. Our ideal candidate will have good experience in customer service and a reasonable understanding of the ride share - ground transport Private hire sector in London, the role will include working closely with key stakeholders within the business, implementing best practice across the recruitment lifecycle – from screening and assessment through to driving pro-active sourcing methodologies and campaigns.

Requirements
Main Accountabilities
- Taking ownership of the driver sales lifecycle for the recruitment of private hire drivers into the business, utilizing direct and pro-active sourcing channels
- Providing accurate and professional reports on key recruitment M.I. to the business on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Building strong relationships with senior business managers to understand the recruitment needs and requirements of the company
- Working as part of a team to promote and implement new recruitment strategies and provide market insight on industry trends and best attraction methodologies
- Pro-actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools
- Working to established KPI’s and meet key recruitment targets
- Being a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment - direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing of candidates
- Experience of implementing effective candidate sourcing methodologies/campaigns and of the full recruitment process
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quality relationships with your candidates, senior business managers and colleagues across the business
- Problem solver – like to get results, find new solutions and process improvement opportunities
- Target orientated and adaptable. Able to work in a fast paced and transitional environment
