This team will be requiredto maintain close relationships with our infrastructure partnerswithin the Digital and Information Technology (D&IT) group andexternal vendors.

The focus of this role is thesuccessful implementation and management of our cloud initiativesthat support efficient, robust, scalable, and secure solutions tomeet business requirements and technology strategies. This includescollaborating on the planning, design, and productionimplementation.

JobDescription:

The primary goal of aSenior Platform Administrator is to build safe, secure, andreliable apps that produce amazing experiences for our clients. Youwill be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Salesforceplatform. You will collaborate with various stakeholders toconfigure and customize Salesforce, troubleshoot issues, and ensuredata integrity and systemefficiency.

Major JobFunctions

  • Define,implement and maintain platform configurations to ensure solutionswill be supported, monitor platform release cycles and industrybest practices to define, implement, monitor and administer secure,automate, and monitor various clouddeployments.

  • Work as part ofthe cross-functional digital operations team in consulting with thebusiness to design and develop cloud solutions to meet businessrequirements and futuredevelopment.

  • Work closelywith the Digital Ops Leads and other team members from the Digitaland IT teams to ensure that data and code quality and governance,and the internal technology team to provide critical servicesupport for platformsolutions.

  • Create andmaintain reports and dashboards to report on the performance andadoption of platform solutionsdeployed.

  • Develop andimplement best practices for Salesforce administration,customization, and configuration to meet businessrequirements.

  • CustomizeSalesforce using low and no code tools and, when necessary, developand maintain custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, andLightningcomponents.

  • Collaborate withstakeholders to analyze business processes and identifyopportunities for process improvement and automation usingSalesforce.

  • Collaborate withcross-functional squads, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, toalign Salesforce with business goals andobjectives

SpecificSkills:

  • In-depthknowledge and experience with Salesforce administration, includinguser management, security settings, data management, andcustomization.

  • Proficiencyin Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder,validation rules, custom objects, and pagelayouts.

  • Experience withSalesforce Lightning, including the development of Lightningcomponents and the implementation of Lightning Experience.Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, data migration, andAPIs.

  • Knowledge ofSalesforce reporting and dashboardcreation. 

EducationandExperience:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in computer science or a related field, or relatedexperience.

  • SalesforceAdministrator certification (such as Salesforce CertifiedAdministrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) isrequired.

  • Minimum of 5 yearsof experience in Salesforce administration. Strong knowledge ofSalesforce best practices, configurations, andcustomizations.

  • Provenexperience in implementing and supporting Salesforce integrationsand data migrationprojects.

  • Experience withSalesforce Lightning and Lightning Experience. AdditionalSalesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Sales CloudConsultant or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) aredesirable.​

Knowledge:

Strongunderstanding of CRM principles and practices. Knowledge of datamanagement best practices, including data quality, data governance,and datasecurity.
