Just Blinds are a family-run business making a big impact. We are looking for an experienced Showroom Administration Assistant to join our expanding team. We cover Staffordshire and West Midlands, visiting homes and businesses throughout the region to sell our high-quality products, many of which are hand-crafted in our workshop.

It’s a surprisingly varied, engaging and interesting industry with a creative flair too. You’ll be working in our showroom, advising our customers on our range of window styling and helping them to add the perfect finishing touches to their homes.

**The nitty gritty**:
**Location**:We work from our head office and showroom both based in Norton Canes.

**Hours of work**: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 10am - 4pm
- (Don’t worry On the weeks you work that Saturday you can have a weekday off)_

**Role**:As a Showroom Administration Assistant, your role will be to work closely with our customers, advising on our range of window styling products including, blinds, shutters, curtains, awnings, tracks and poles.

**Holiday**: 28 days including bank holidays
- You’ll be a polite and enthusiastic individual.
- You’ll be comfortable dealing respectively with a variety of customers.
- You’ll have previous administration experience.
- You’ll always maintain a high standard of work.

**What a typical day will look like**

8:50am: Arrive at head office, have a chit-chat while making your first cuppa of the day.

9:30am: Head over to our showroom.

9:45am: Ensure our showroom is clean and presentable before it opens for the day.

10:00am: Deal with incoming calls from customers as our phone systems open for the day

10:30am: Welcome your first customer of the day into our showroom with a smile and a cuppa.

11:00am: Bathroom break. (_you can take this whenever you want this was just an example)_

11:15am: Ensure our CRM system is up-to date.

11:30am: Take card payment.

12:00pm: Catch up with the sales team.

12:30pm: Take card payment.

1:00pm: LUNCH

2:00pm: Administration filing.

2:30pm: Bathroom break... (_again whenever you want_)

3:00pm: Process quotations

3:30pm: Help our customers to find the perfect fabric in our showroom.

4:30pm: Hoover and polish our showroom to make sure it's clean for in the morning.

5:02pm: Log off and head home

**Salary**: £22,594.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cannock: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
