Carry out daily processing of the lab results received into the practice workflow following a clinical protocol. Lead on the processing of all medical reports according to the policies and timescales for completion. To assist with the operation of the chronic disease recall system. To assist with clinical audits and recall systems.

Ensure that IT upgrades are performed across the practice, supporting other teams when required. Provide support to all teams with IT related input. Maintain the practice asset register, including accurate record keeping of decommissioned equipment. Working with the management team to support the implementation of new procedures and review of existing procedures.

Managing new patient records, summarising and coding. To assist management team with Health and Safety checks etc. To assist management team with all general administrative day to day tasks.
