Job summary

You will work closely with the Head of Facilities providing admin and clerical support to them and the Facilities Management Team, ensuring a professional service is delivered to the department and customers. Reportingdirectly to the Estates and Facilities Office Manager, providing a service from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm, with the flexibility to meet the growing demands of the service.

Main duties of the job

Your duties will include minute taking, letter writing, organising meetings, room bookings and refreshments, circulating papers, diary management, filing, photocopying, data gathering and recording, ordering service provisions, processing requisitions and invoices for payment, answering telephone calls and managing the reception desk.
