About therole:

Due to the expansion of ouractivities BYD UK is looking for an enthusiastic and selfdrivenAfter Sales Manager for Passenger Cars team. In this position youwill play an important role in setting up the After Salesactivities in the designated region regarding PassengerCars.

As the After SalesManager Passenger Cars you are responsible for building andmaintaining a strong and customer focused After Sales service levelin the UK. You will establish and maintain the network of localdealers and dealer groups focusing on high quality and mutualsatisfaction. You will play an important role in developing andmaintaining service products and After Sales propositions and youwill secure that the warranty procedure is carried outcorrectly.

Yourresponsibilities:

  • Drive and develop partners service preparation executionand service performance assessment establish annual service targetand ensure the goal achievement steering the partners continuousservice level improvement.
  • Coordinate withlegal and commercial team to sign Aftersales agreement if newdistributors are appointed.
  • Regional regularvisit organize meeting workshop and other activities with regionalpartners review the business plan. Be responsible for theaftersales projects development execution andassessment.
  • Secure the quality of our servicenetwork by timely training tooling and other supportivematerials.
  • Regional customer satisfactionmanagement (NPS) assist partners to close customer complaint intime Goodwill authorization and management.
  • Investigate and collect Market information and cooperatewith HQ for business plan and strategy.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service team to achieve customersatisfaction goals.
  • Coordinate the spare partsdeliveries in close cooperation with the Supply Chain team andsteering parts service level improvement.
  • Coordinate the aftermarket activities and servicecampaign implementation.
  • Introduce BYDAftersales Service IT system/ platform such as DMS LMS TIS toregional dealership and its authorized service network ensure thosesystem/ platform to be deployed in each terminal serviceshop.


Yourprofile:

  • Bachelor ormaster plus working and thinking level acquired by education orwork experience.
  • Experienced as After SalesManager within an OEM environment (mobility preferablyautomotive).
  • Proven leadership skills; atleast 5 years managerial experience is required.
  • Affinity with electric mobility.
  • Willing to travel on a frequent basis within theterritory and abroad (including potential trips to China)indication 25% of your time.
  • Strongcommunication and negotiation skills and excellent knowledge ofEnglish. Chinese is a plus.
