Play a crucial role in ouraftersales training team focusing on the automobile industry. Yourresponsibilities include supporting communications coordinationsupervision and implementation of training operations. You ensurethe smooth execution of our training programs across UK Ireland andMalta contributing significantly to the development and delivery ofhighquality industryspecifictraining.

Responsibilities

  1. Training Execution and OnsiteTraining:
  • Lead andexecute training courses for UK Ireland and Malta distributorsfocusing on the automobile sector both inperson andvirtually.
  • Provide onsite training todistributors enhancing their industryspecific skills and practicalknowledge.
CourseMaterial Management:
  • Oversee the process tracking and preparation ofindustryrelevant course materials ensuring they are uptodate andeffective.
PostTrainingEvaluation:
  • Responsible for the implementation and comprehensiveevaluation of training courses.
  • Analysetrainee feedback to identify areas for improvement in trainingcontent and methods.
TechnicalCollaboration:
  • Collaborate with technical engineers to collect anddocument automotive technical cases.
  • Utilisethese cases to enrich training content andmethodologies.
Course and Training PlanDevelopment:
  • Assistin developing and refining training courses and materials focusingon automotive industry needs.
  • Contribute tothe creation of comprehensive training plans aligning them withorganizational goals and industry trends.
Skills and KnowledgeEnhancement:
  • Continuously update and improve your own skills andknowledge staying abreast of advancements in automotive productsand technologies.
Support for TechnicalEvents:
  • Providesupport for skills competitions and other technical activitiesrelated to the automobile industry.
AdditionalResponsibilities:
  • Undertake other relevant tasks and projects as assignedby leadership demonstrating flexibility andadaptability.

Requiredskills qualifications andexperience:

  • Collegedegree or above with at least 3 years of relevant work experiencein the automotive consultingindustry.
  • Enthiusiam of New Energy Vehicle andtraining work.
  • Fluent in spoken language ableto undertake English lectures and overseas technical communicationtasks other European language would be aplus.
  • Experience in aftersales training andtechnical consulting for highend automotive brands and electricvehicles.
  • Rigorous logical thinking goodcommunication and coordination skills.
  • Willingand flexible to travel among BYD UK management regions; willing totravel to China.
  • Previous experience as atechnical maintenance technician technical manager or withdiagnostic and maintenance skills is anadvantage.
