Shepherd Neame is looking for a full-time Tenanted Pub Business Administrator to join our Head Office team at the Brewery in Faversham, Kent.

Supporting the Tenanted Recruitment Manager and five field-based Business Development Managers that oversee two hundred pubs, this role will see you providing a high level of administrative and telephone support to the Shepherd Neame tenanted pub business and recruitment departments.

  Duties & Responsibilities:

Administration Support: core duties, include but are not limited to:

Prepare new tenant sign up and onboarding packs Process new tenant administration internally and externally Monitor tenant training schedule and prepare monthly reports Monitor secondary deposit and inventory schemes  Manage Business Development Manager Calendars Prepare and issue annual tenant business reviews and follow up admin Raise and process departmental purchase orders and invoices Process and follow up glassware and point of sale orders Manage tenant contact reports and archiving systems Prepare and distribute tenancy mailing letters

 Tenancy Recruitment Support: core duties, include but are not limited to:

Handle overflow tenancy enquiry calls, capturing new applicants data Follow up new tenancy enquiry calls Set up pub viewings, interviews and prepare tenancy interview packs Prepare new pub letting details and publish at third party websites Set up new tenancy house files electronically and paper format Support with the creation of new tenancy agreements Support with mail merge creation for new tenancies using mailchimp The Ideal Candidate:
Proactive, organised, and meticulous with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively Flexible approach with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively Maintain high standards and deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders Strong IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential
