We have a new unique role for a personable, passionate and proactive administrator to assist with the delivery ofthe Beer Business volume and profit targets. The role will encompass both day-to-daysales team support as well as ongoing project-based work. This is abrewery-based position and may involve a small amount of travel to attendvarious team meetings.

The opportunity to develop & move within our pubs, the Brewery & Support Office 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Duties and Responsibilities: BusinessEnvironment Reportingto the Commercial Coordinator, this role will be accountable for the followingkey interactions;
Beer Business SalesTeam Brands &Marketing Other companysupport functions Finance & Supply Chain General Management Day-to-day liaisonwith Beer Business account managers Regular contact withall other internal departments Support of keypresentation production Assist monthly boardreports Provide cover forother administrative roles within the Commercial Team Administrativesupport for Brands and Commercial Marketing teams including but not limited toordering and controlling point of sale and raising purchase orders Commercial and Sales Support withpromotional and permanent pricing implementation in liaison with Sales Managersand Master Data. Provide adminsupport & cover for the processing of debits & credits for thewholesale business Ongoing managementof new & existing customer business forms Work with SalesManagers on a promotional evaluation where required Assist Managers withany customer query resolution Management of ad hocprojects as required as well as internal reports Support monthlysales reporting Record and chart theSales Manager's spending for all gifts and free stock monthly Be the gatekeeperfor our AWRS audits in Heartland Support the manualstock transfer process for wholesalers SAP and Master Data Raise purchaseorders where required/requested for Sales Managers Complete requiredforms and liaise with the Master Data team for new products, vendors andcustomer price changes Investigate,research & resolve invoice issues raised by the finance department Manage the blocked and parked invoice report for the department weeklyand ensure actioned

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience ina high-level administration role Strong verbal andwritten communication skills Proficient in all MSpackages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Previous experienceof SAP is desirable Good organisationalskills The ability toprioritise a busy workload A team player who will support their colleagues
