Beer Business Administrator - Faversham

We have a new unique role for a personable, passionate and proactive administrator to assist with the delivery of the Beer Business volume and profit targets. The role will encompass both day-to-day sales team support as well as ongoing project-based work. This is a brewery-based position and may involve a small amount of travel to attend various team meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Business EnvironmentReporting to the Commercial Coordinator, this role will be accountable for the following key interactions;
Beer Business Sales TeamBrands & Marketing Other company support functions e.g. Finance & Supply ChainGeneral Management

Day-to-day liaison with Beer Business account managersRegular contact with all other internal departmentsSupport of key presentation productionAssist monthly board reportsProvide cover for other administrative roles within the Commercial TeamAdministrative support for Brands and Commercial Marketing teams including but not limited to ordering and controlling point of sale and raising purchase ordersCommercial and Sales

Support with promotional and permanent pricing implementation in liaison with Sales Managers and Master Data.Provide admin support & cover for the processing of debits & credits for the wholesale businessOngoing management of new & existing customer business formsWork with Sales Managers on a promotional evaluation where requiredAssist Managers with any customer query resolutionManagement of ad hoc projects as required as well as internal reportsSupport monthly sales reportingRecord and chart the Sales Manager's spending for all gifts and free stock monthlyBe the gatekeeper for our AWRS audits in HeartlandSupport the manual stock transfer process for wholesalersSAP and Master Data

Raise purchase orders where required/requested for Sales ManagersComplete required forms and liaise with the Master Data team for new products, vendors and customer price changesInvestigate, research & resolve invoice issues raised by the finance departmentManage the blocked and parked invoice report for the department weekly and ensure actioned

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a high-level administration roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in all MS packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookPrevious experience of SAP is desirableGood organisational skillsThe ability to prioritise a busy workloadA team player who will support their colleagues
