Shepherd Neame are looking for a Food Administrator to join our Food Team and provide full support to our managed pubs and hotel estate in maintaining online systems, improving our food offer, and delivering consistency to our customers.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce individual and creative food and drink menus for our pubs
- Plan & maintain the seasoned menu cycle across the pub estate
- Provide weekly reports including collating and review Net Promoter Score data to identify where we can improve our customer service
- Manage all food team orders and invoices for food cook-offs
- Build honest relationships and effectively communicate with all stakeholders
- Set up new food suppliers and maintain lasting relationships with all suppliers
- Update & maintain our food development systems; Starchef & Tenkites
- Ensure all Chefs have the most up-to-date recipe & allergen information and training
- Raise purchase orders for our pubs and hotels through SAP
- Provide full administrative support to the food team
- Other duties as needed and requested by Head of Food and Food Procurement Manager
- Excellent IT skills, proficient in all Microsoft packages, InDesign & Adobe Office Suite
- Enthusiasm and a flair for creativity and design
- Understanding of recipe creation & food allergens
- First-class verbal and written communication skills
- Great organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity
- Great customer service skills
- A great team player that will support their colleagues
- Experience of SAP is desirable, not essential
- Familiarity with web design, pdf etc
