Main duties of the job
What you'll beresponsible for :
You will be involved in providing a highlevel of safe and effective care. Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementationand evaluation of care. Adhere to all Trust policies, procedures andguidelines. Liaise with the multidisciplinary team. Provide mentorship and support to others. The role will involve, butnot be limited to you performing the above.

Band 5 - £ to £ subject to change a local uplift,
Band 6 - £ an hour
Shift Patterns:
8am,8:30am, 9am,11am,12 noon start times, with 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 8pm finishes

Assessing and monitoring patient conditions Checking symptoms and vital signs and arranging diagnostic tests Displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision making in changing clinical situations Working as an effective team member and promoting team and interdisciplinary relationshipsThe role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.
What you'll need:
A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health hospital environment within the last 3 years Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices* Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
