What will you do in the role?
Reporting to the Engineering Training and Development Supervisor, the role is to support the Engineering training team in providing all technical training requirements (either directly or via third party) to ensure a fully trained and competent Engineering department, fully compliant with all requirements.The role of the Engineering Training Administrator Apprentice is to ensure Training Records for all Engineering Staff are up to date and accurate, detailing refresher renewal dates of training competencies.To assist with the coordination of Engineering manpower training records and certification including course attendance and certificate production and issue. This will include regulatory training administration.To develop new systems and methods of working, ensuring a productive and well administered Team.Co-ordination and administration of both Internal and External Training Courses including regulatory exam administration as per Jet2 procedures.Carrying out general administration duties in support of the Engineering Training Manager and Training Team including occasional invigilation duties.

What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) at grade A-C (9-4)You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subjectMust have been resident in the UK for 3 yearsQualifications gained during this Apprenticeship
You will be enrolled onto the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship for 15 months
