About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technical Trainer to join our team at Jet2. As a key member of our Engineering Training and Development team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training programs to our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of our engineering training portfolio, working closely with the Engineering Training and Development Manager.
  • Deliver training events in various technical aviation subjects, including Part 145 Recurrent Training and EASA Part 147/Part 145/Part M/Part CAMO and Part 21 Organisations.
  • Identify, develop, and review training needs and technical courses to ensure quality and consistency across our learning activities.
  • Liaise with the Learning & Development team and stakeholders to ensure consistency of courses being delivered.
  • Undertake any other duties as specified from time to time in accordance with Jet2's business requirements.
Requirements
  • Solid skills and experience in one or several of the priority areas for learning activities, including Part 145 Recurrent Training.
  • Experience of training in an Engineering Aviation Environment or from a similarly regulated environment.
  • Proven record of excellent people skills, including good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding and experience in facilitation of training in EASA Part 147/Part 145/Part M/Part CAMO and Part 21 Organisations or similarly regulated environments.
