This position is situated within our dynamic Head Office and is integral to the Engineering Technologies & Predictive Analytics Team.
Key Responsibilities:
In the capacity of an Engineering Technologies Support Engineer, your primary focus will be on the deployment of cutting-edge data and analytics solutions aimed at enhancing our engineering operations. You will also contribute to the advancement of predictive maintenance and condition monitoring strategies.
Your duties will include:
- Collaborating with the Engineering Technologies Engineer and various cross-functional teams to expand use cases and conduct proof of concept projects.
- Facilitating the adoption of digital solutions by leveraging data analytics and modeling to achieve insightful, value-oriented results.
- Engaging in a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing and identifying opportunities for enhancing our engineering processes and workflows to optimize operations, reduce costs, and boost efficiency and reliability.
- Assisting in the implementation of predictive maintenance and condition monitoring solutions that minimize aircraft downtime, enhance reliability and safety, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Working closely with IT and Data teams to integrate digital solutions with existing systems and platforms for seamless data interchange.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in all digitization and optimization efforts.
- Supporting training initiatives with teams on new tools, technologies, and processes to guarantee successful integration.
- Generating reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to the broader organization.

- Be proficient in data analysis and modeling, with experience in Python, PySpark, SQL, and R.
- Have familiarity with Palantir Foundry or Skywise.
- Understand Airline Engineering Operations and Teams.
- Hold a degree, preferably in an Aerospace-related field.
