Administrative Support Specialist

Role: Apprentice Administration Assistant
Compensation: Starting from £6.50 per hour, increasing up to £10.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

As you work towards your Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification through Leeds City College Apprenticeships, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the efficient daily management of office operations and facilities
- Data entry and management
- General administrative tasks as required
- Updating and maintaining the company database
- Posting job advertisements on our website and external job boards
You will utilize Microsoft Office applications extensively, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Learning and DevelopmentIn addition to your practical experience, you will attend a day at Leeds City College each week to enhance your skills through various classroom and coursework activities.
