Part-time Office Administrator 21 hours a week £13,104 per annum

Your new company 
You will be working for a not-for-profit charity that supports adults with substance misuse treatment. This role is to sit within the administrative function for the service, providing a range of support including reception and data entry.
Your new role 
You will work 21 hours a week on the reception for the service. These hours can either be split over 5 days or worked in 3 full days. One of the days MUST be a Wednesday due to the needs of the service.
You will work alongside the wider team of management, recovery workers and support workers to provide administrative support. This will include:

  • Reception cover - answering phones, signing in visitors to the building, handling mail
  • Managing petty cash for residents
  • Updating databases
  • Creating letters and documents

What you'll need to succeed 
You will have experience of working in an administrative support role for a wider team and be confident and personable over the phone, email and in person.
You will have strong IT skills, particularly in regard to data entry.
You will have a solid understanding of GDPR and confidentiality.
This role will require an enhanced DBS check (paid by your employer).
Unfortunately, this role does not offer visa sponsorship, so you must hold a full, unrestricted right to work in the UK to be considered.
