Are you looking for the next step in your accounting journey with one of the fastest scaling SaaS businesses in the UK?
A rapidly growing, industry leading SaaS business, is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to manage their accounting team and to be responsible for all day-to day accounting tasks and activities.
Your new role
Evaluate, develop, and improve department controls, systems, and procedures in order to increase accuracy and efficiency. Overall responsibility for group reporting via internal system. Review of balance sheet reconciliations Review/preparation of variance analysis and monthly results to present at month-end review meetings. Complete understanding of end-to-end processes within finance and be able to identify where there are gaps or inefficiencies that need addressing Review the intercompany process and reporting and guide the team on improvements and clearing of mismatches. Lead the completion of the annual statutory accounts and filing of the annual corporation tax returns and computations. Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end. Provide input to systems development strategy and enhancement requirements, including providing appropriate resource to test new developments. Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
