About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to join our Financial Reporting team in our London Office. This is a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract role within our Shared Services Centre, reporting to the Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including IFRS consolidation, US GAAP reporting, and statutory accounts for various legal entities.
  • Update, review, and reconcile the general ledger, and analyze results to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare annual statutory accounts and participate in the annual audit process, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and guidance, ensuring the control framework is robust and effective.
Requirements
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Post-qualified experience in a large accounting firm or comparable environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory accounts reporting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical accounting issues clearly.
  • Experience with office technology, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
