Job title: Stock & Replenishment Administrator
Job Location: Northampton
ABOUT THE ROLE -
Receiving deliveries – using both ERIKS and Customer computer systems to log deliveries received. Allocate to correct shelf or correct person dependant on order type. Stock checking - counting stock as appropriate following a yearly, monthly or weekly plan. Accurately enter data using customer’s computer system. Check for accuracy in shelf to sheet correlation. Analyse results and correct any discrepancies. Effective ordering of stock items via our in-house system Responding to client enquiries and requests Keep order expediting up to date Being initial and key point of contact for the customer Establishing relationships with suppliers and customers Receipting deliveries of goods to ensure the correct items were received with the expected standard of quality Assisting Engineers locating stock on the customer SAP system Maintaining stores to a high levelExperience/ skills required

Mon - Fri: 7am - 15.30pm / 8am - 16.30pm [weekly rotational shifts]
