Stock and Sales Administrator

**Job Summary**:
Purchase branch stock within agreed stock budget levels and in line with supplier lead times. Maintain stock management system min/max/reorder quantities, receipting of stock and the scanning of documents.

Complete the process for direct to site sales and purchases, assisting both the Operations Manager and Sales Office Manager with general administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- To purchase incoming stock to manufacturers lead times to ensure availability of stock items and check against supplier acknowledgements.
- Complete daily stock checks.
- Maintain stock levels within the branch stock budget.
- To receipt stock onto the system, ensuring goods delivered match the purchase order and put any discrepancies into query and liaise with supplier to rectify.
- Scan paperwork onto the system.
- Review minimum, maximum and re-order levels in line with sales.
- To build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- To communicate with sales and operations of incoming deliveries and stock availability.
- To communicate any supply issues to branch.
- Process all direct to site sales and purchases.
- Contact courier companies for missing paperwork and scan sales and transport related documents onto the system where required.
- Complete the month end archiving of all branch sales and purchase documents.
- To ensure all work is in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Company.
- To work in accordance with environmental and health and safety regulations, and ensure the Health and Safety of all staff, including reporting environmental and health and safety, near misses and accidents.
- To comply with the Company Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Policies and objectives in every aspect of own work.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as may be required.
