Stock and Replenishment Specialist

About the Role:
- Receiving deliveries and logging them using ERIKS and customer computer systems.
- Allocating stock to correct shelves or persons based on order types.
- Counting stock according to yearly, monthly, or weekly plans and accurately entering data using customer systems.
- Checking for accuracy in shelf-to-sheet correlation and analyzing results to correct discrepancies.
- Effective ordering of stock items via in-house systems.
- Responding to client enquiries and requests.
- Maintaining order expediting and being the initial point of contact for customers.
- Establishing relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Ensuring correct delivery receipt and quality standards.
- Assisting engineers with stock location on customer SAP systems.
- Maintaining high-level stores.
Experience and Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Administrative skills, confident with Microsoft packages like Outlook and Excel.
- Knowledge of similar industries preferred but not essential.
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 7am - 15.30pm / 8am - 16.30pm (weekly rotational shifts)
40 hours, 30 minutes breaks
